Individual Client Portal

This portal is used for our annual tax preparation services.

***All Documents and appointments must be turned in and set before March 15th.  If after, you may go on extension***

We need to know if any of these items have changed for you since filing last year.

  1. Driver’s License: Issue and Expiration Dates
  2. Bank routing and account number and type
  3. Did you own any Crypto Currency

If so, please complete the Client Information Sheet, located in the Client Forms tab on the blue bar, and bring it in with your documents.

We have upgraded our portal system.  If you opened a folder last tax year and cannot access your portal folder, please call the office at 219-696-2200. 

 This portal is not for long-term storage of documents.  Items may be available for a maximum of 180 days and will be deleted.

To avoid delays in your preparation process

  • Do NOT password protect the files you are uploading
  • Provide documents in PDF format (only acceptable format)
  • Names of uploaded files should describe the document type
  • We recommend when using camera images please use a scanning app, such as Cam Scanner or Microsoft Lens.
  • Keep file size to a minimum, but files must be legible
